  1. yes, thank you so much!!!!! I want to get to size 2 or look good in lose 4! I am size 6 now. so looking to drop like 20 lbs!! you did so great!!!! i am on day 13 and feel like i will never never make it!!!! i am seeing slow results in clothes, but nothing huge yet!!!!! but wow you look great and lost at least 20 lbs.. that is what i am looking for! I always have been an avid work outer.. but my weight after a breakup went up!!!! so i just saw your stats and i am very similar.. i am 5 7.. so ya.. thanks for the advice!! and great success

    And as far as cheating, i think it helps knowing im losing weight and its working, and i think to myself if i were to cheat i will only go backwards.... So having tried other diets i just cheat all the time bc im not seeing results.... so its nice that with hcg it does work and it keeps me motivated not to cheat even though it is tempting sometimes! Hope this helps!

    Sorry- it didn tall fit heres the next part--

    I really dont eat out much right now.. usually my family goes out every saturday but ive been house sitting so its been easy for me lately. IF they do invite me to dinner i usually just say im not hungry or i already ate, cuz i usualy eat earlier than they go out anyways, so i may just go for the ride and to chat. As far as dinner with friends, i dont do that much either... alot of my friends are away at college anyways and in the past when i was on hcg and they knew i just got a salad with plain chicken and vinegar. It sucked, but i try to avoid going out to dinner as much as possible.

    Yes, i am on R3 now... i actually started R1 at about 146, and did a 40 day round and got to 125.9, and then stabalized at about 130..so i decided to do another round and only did 23 days and got to 122...held it very well, even went on a cruise at the endo f p3, and only gained 3lbs. But then christmas and new years all came and i actually went back up to 130 from eating to much sugar, and foods that didnt agree with my body. Then i actually somehow ended up gettin up to 140! I think i was eating things that i thought were good, but that maybe i was sensitive too but didnt know about.... so i am doing another round now to fix everything, and figure out better what works for my body so i can keep it off this time, and i started after loading at 150, and i plan on doing a 30 or so day round and plan on p3 april 1st.
