So today I broke my stall. I am on P3 and on my second day I had gain pounds. After my chicken day, this morning I lost 2.2 pounds! Yay! So I did not entirely do a chicken thigh day. I had accidentally bought drumsticks, so I ate 4 chicken thighs (skinless fillets) and 4 drumsticks). I did not skip breakfast yesterday since my last meal the day before was pretty early in the day. Plus My job requires me to be in full concentration, so a heavy breakfast worked for me. Here is what i did:

Good morning all. Well I have surpassed the 20 pound mark today onP2. Tomorrow will be my last HCG injection and will begin P3 on Tuesday. I want to continue to have a successful weight loss so I want to begin to prepare for P3. If any of you have good tips that will help big time. I want to lose another 15-20 pounds before starting my round 2 of HCG. I have a wedding and a bikini to look forward to! Yay! This is so exciting! I love stepping on the scale now. Lol

I ask this because I am on day 28 of P2, and have only lost 15lbs. I stalled for three days, did an apple day and lost one pound. Then two days later, I gained a pound and did another apple day and lost .4 pounds. This was during my menstrual cycle. I've been sticking to the plan.
