  1. Thanks Janet! I was thinking I might cook up a lot of chicken on the weekends and take that through out the week. All though I am already bored thinking about it lol. Guess I can spice up my life with dinner!

  2. Hi Jill! I wanted to try to answer your question about bringing food to work here rather than on the thread - that thread is just too out of control for me. Anyhoo... I work and bring my food every day. I never have any issues with needing to microwave. But, to me, it doesn't matter. I cook the food in the morning. I DO have a microwave at work. But, I don't always use it. One of the easiest, non-microwaveable meals is chicken w/greens. As for a fridge - we don't have one here. I have never had a problem with my foods. If you're worried about keeping things cool, just make sure you pack an ice pack in your lunch bag with your food.

    The key is just make sure you give yourself enough time in the morning to cook your meal before you go to work. Hope this helps!
