I am down to 126.2lbs, and I am on my P3 D2. I have been eating loads, so I thought I was going to gain, but the gym sessions must have paid off. P3 is so much more easier than p2. There is so much variety in what you can eat. Another bonus is that I can now eat out. I was living as a recluse before as most socializing involves food. I am still at 127.0lbs........I am so annoyed! I am so glad that tomorrow this will be over. I was so hopeful that I would see the scale go down, but it didn't. I decided to go gym again, so I worked out for about 60mins, and then did some weights. I felt so nauseous after though, but I did force myself to eat tonight.
Heres a run through of what i usually eat:

I'm really disappointed. I weighed in today at 127.0lbs, thats only a 0.4lb loss in 4 days. I even went to the gym yesterday, worked out hard AND I did an apple day. Looks like my body does not want me to get under the 126lb mark. Only 48 more hours of the VLCD phase to go, I hope I see a good result on the scale tomorrow
I weighed myself this morning, and I was still at the same weight of 127.4lbs, I have been so good but the scale refuses to budge. I am on day 29 of my VLCD. I have decided to only do 30 days as I am beginning to feel disheartened. I have only lost 17ish lbs since doing this diet. whilst logic tells me this is a staggering amount in short amount of time, I was hoping to lose something in the region of 22-25lbs.
