    I have read a TON of books and have been changing up my supplements, focusing on more normal in my eating habits. This morning, I weighed 124.2. That is still within my two pound range from LDW however long ago that was. I've lost track after the 100 day mark. TOM is here and yesterday, I had a wonderful cookie dough cupcake with a cookie and frosting on top. My body is no longer having huge swings on the scale from sugars and starches! That's an accomplishment all by itself! . A really good book to read is called Mastering Leptin. It's really in-depth as far as the chemical/nutrient/hormonal interactions within the body. A great tool to use to figure out how to heal yourself so that you don't have to struggle to maintain your weight. Another great book is The Honey Revolution. It goes into great detail into the function of the liver and your health. Take a little knowledge from that book and a lot of knowledge from Mastering Leptin and you will do well. Good luck!!!

Frustrated. Me against ME

So..I've had binge eating problems for years now and it's so hard to break the habit. It's so weird. Anxiety overcomes me or something (usually with work or outside influences) and my mind races and I block out everything bad that might result from eating and then I overeat..Problem with THIS is I'm on HCG and I need to stop!! Life change!!

After a few slip ups my first week, i started fresh again and am in it to win it now. I HAVE to do it this time. It's SUCH a huge life change, and eating right is the hardest part (no more late nights stuffing my face and feeling like total crap after)!
