VLCD 2 197.2lbs

Not much to say. Loading weight is coming off now. Had a slight headache today. Breakfast was Greek yogurt with blueberries. Dinner was salad with boiled eggs.

Typo for yesterday's post. Yesterday was my second loading day and today was officially day 1 of the VLCD. Major headache throughout the day. I hope tomorrow works out better. I know the first few days are the hardest and then it should hopefully become a breeze. I will be using my blog to mumble freely. I will be doing a 40 day round and hope to be at least 169lbs by the end of the round. That's about 31lbs. 175 may be a more realistic goal but lets keep my goal high for now.

VLCD 1 200lbs

Today is my first VLCD. I've been having difficulties mentally to control my urge to cheat. I will not give up this time and will continue the 40 days according to protocol. I can't keep giving up. If I do I will continue feeling depressed. My weight problem has caused so many problems for myself. I feel depressed as this is the first time I have became this big. I am only 5'3 and hate being classified as obese. I will not give up. I will win this battle. Enough is enough. No more cheats and excuses.
