    Hey, I came across one of your forums where you said that you used hcg from gfc health products and that's where I got mine. I lost a lot of weight with those and recently stabilized through p3 then I pretty much crashed p4, still no sugar or no starch but overeating. I was gonna order more drops from them but not sure which to get this time. Do you have any experience with their more expensive "round two drops" that they recommend if you've completed other rounds? They claim that they have more potency but the ingredients Are different from their hcg plus drops. Have you tried their stronger drops And also, where you able to keep weight off in round 4? I thought your metabolism was supposed to be faster in p4 so idk how I gained so much so quick just by eating a little too much makes me question my drops.
  2. Welcome! You wouldn't want to eat anything "freely". You still want to add your calories up and make sure you're only eating 500 per day. You're also not supposed to mix vegetables, so the salsa would be out until Phase 3. You just want to eat one protein, one veggie and one fruit with each meal. The cabbage and cucumbers are on protocol though, so you can eat them with each meal as long as you count it as your vegetable. With the broth, you'll want to make sure to count those calories and make sure it doesn't have any additives like sugar, starch, etc. You'll be fine to cook your chicken, beef, etc. in that You should be ok to use the petroleum jelly because it doesn't contain any oils.

    For the weight scale thing..I'm not exactly sure. You can do a google search for "weight tickers" and find one.
    Also, you can get a list of allowed foods in Phase 2 if you go to the Phase 2 part of the forum in the main forum area.

    Hi I just registered today with this forum and am not really sure how it works. I am on VLCD day 6 with the HCG drops. I bought the drops at an office and they explained the diet to me and gave me information to read and follow. In it it said the cabbage and cucumber and 100% sugar free salsa you could eat as much as you'd like. I have never read about anyone eating these freely. I have been snacking on cabbage and cucumbers and wanted to make sure I am not slowing down my weight loss. I have also been cooking my chicken and beef in a pan usually with alittle broth and have not been baking or grilling it. One more question I have been using petroleum jelly as my moisturer that is not considered an oil is it. I would apprecitate your help. I want to make sure I am doing everything right. Thank you.
    P.S. How do you get the weight scale thing I see everyone using.
  4. No, you don't need to. Those should work too. They're still authentic HCG and are most likely the same formula

    Guess what...I ordered original hcg not plus hcg omg I feel silly! Should I buy another one now? I will get thus down soon I hope.your a great help.

Ack! The bf wants to go out for breakfast Sunday! Well, we'll probably pick something up. I'll just order an omelet with tomatoes..not cooked in oil or butter. I think it should work. I'd have that in the morning..then I could have an apple later on before dinner.

Here are the ingredients in the Nutrex brand:

Pure Hawaiian Spirulina (Arthrospira plutensis), Silica, Chicory Inulin, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.

I think it would be alright for P2. Supposed to help with skin, hair, nails, constipation, immunity, etc. and you "can't" overdose on it or take too much. The only drawback I saw is that the dose is 6 pills a day. It comes in powder form too but I've heard it doesn't taste that great. One person compared the taste
