I FOUND MYSELF GAINING AND GAINING WEIGHT AND COULDN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO MAKE IT STOP AND DISAPPEAR. Wow it has been forever...i pray that everyone is doing well, staying on track and reaching goals.My 2 weeks in P3 hv been great, I hv been able to hv some things that I hv loved and missed on p2 without any problems at all, my weight has stayed under LIW & I seem to be hovering around the same weight daily give or take a few ounces....so it makes me happy. I was very nervous about gaining the weight back once I started adding different food but so far so good. EVERYONE notices the 14 lbs gone,

Yesterday was my first day off of 500 cal, I searched and searched to see what other people ate on their first few days of p3 but just came up with more confusion lol. I could tell the hcg was out of my body because I was sooo hungry that morning which I have only experienced once when my dosing was off, so I knew it was no room for me to be afraid heck I was starving. As I enter into P3 there are soooooo many questions and mixed emotions I have OMG first of all I did not think I would feel so uneasy without the cushion of the HCG, this is my second day without it and a million thoughts have gone through my mind, "will the weight come right back" "will I start wanting all of the bad foods I once craved" "will my stomach come back"lol sooooo many questions but I have to push! Okay so Tom has reared its ugly head bringing a gain with it.....I held off on my injections as suggested and I am sticking to the 500 calories without a problem. I am not sure how I am going to deal with the extra weight just yet, for now im going to ride it out and pray for the loss to come. On a great note...my skin is beautiful! Hello All! It has been a while since ive been on here. I have had some great release days, some few ounce days and even 3 stall days which did not make me a happy camper at all. I didnt fret, I did an apple day and was down a pound...i am currently my lowest weight since before I was preg with my 15 yr old son....yayyy me!
