    ok I am having trouble changing the weight on my ticker. I don't know what is wrong. I put in my code and then hit edit weight like I always do and it takes me to pick out a new ticker. I can't get it to go to the place where you put in your weight. Any ideas? I really like changing my weight so it is frustrating me. Sometimes I have to laugh at myself but I really get a kick out of putting that lower weight in. I think that is one of my major disappointments with these stalls is I don't get to change that silly thing.

    Hi Mel, thank you. For some reason it hasn't been that hard. Maybe because I hit rock bottom when I decided to start. I pray that I continue to persevere and stay in the same mind set as I see I will need it the rest of my life. Round 2 has been a little different so far. So far I have not been tired and no headache at all. Sometimes I think I am a little hungry but I am not certain if it is just in my mind. Today was the first day I didn't lose anything. That didn't happen till after a couple of weeks in P1 and I had it a lot in P1. I mostly had it for 4days at a time. Hope that isn't the same this time. I was thinking I may go for a B12 shot today just for an extra boost. I think they put something else in there for weight loss too but I forget what it is. Let me know how loading goes. Good luck.

    I am good Mel, thanks for checking. I am down about 6 poundage since loading. Feeling good about that.Starting to go through some observations about how I perceive my body. I don't know about you but I never think I am as fat as I am and then see a picture and am shocked but I also have trouble perceiving myself being thinner. I definitely feel better and move better but don't quite invision myself that different. Hard to explain but I am sure you know what I
    mean. All part of the process I guess. More stuff like that coming up. Will talk more as I get a little clearer on what it all is. Hope you are doing well. Looking forward to phase 2?

    Well I am in the same boat out of town. The hotel last night had a scale and I did fine this am.In a different hotel tonight and I will have to truck a ways to find the gym to weigh. I ate at a raw food restaurant tonight and though it was healthy I can tell by how my stomach feels I ate way too much. Oh well tomorrow is another day. Will be home Fri hopefully and plan to load on Sat and Sun if all goes as planned. Wishing you the best. Hope your time away is good to you.

    Her name is lawgal and when you go to her pics you have to scroll through all of them cause there are at least 5 or 6 (of course I didn't count them). I can't believe the difference. Very inspiring. I think I will go back and look at them again. Saw someone else's before and after and she looked at least 15 years younger. It's exciting!

About HealthierMel
My name is Melissa and I have been overweight for more than half of my life, I was born in 1975 so today I am 36 years old and I refuse to die from complications of obesity. I want to live a full life as much as I can and being healthy weight will be a step in the right direction.

I am now embarking on a new career as a Nurse, I have noticed that Nurses are horrible at taking care of themselves but great at taking care of everyone else. I want to be a different kind of nurse, one that takes care of themself as well as everyone else.

Clothes shopping . . . .

Every round I do the "Try it on and see" thing at the stores in the middle of a round to see what sizes now fit. I just get a couple sizes and see where I am . . . I try not to buy too much clothes as I size down and I do tend to buy the transistion sizes kinda close but not choking so I have a little room to go down comfortably before I have to shop for more clothes.

Anyway, I stated out at Size 18-20 in pants . . . my tops are something else . . . I am now fitting

I finally sucked it up and bought the blender of my dreams. I have wanted one for almost a decade but just could not get past the price . Hundreds $$$ for a Blender . . . are you kidding me?

Hey Buddies,

So it might have looked like I fell off the map for a while. I kinda did.

Did Round 4.2 which was a bust. There are some things I learnt . .

. . . Definately need sleep and regularity on this diet. - - - I work nights and some days and sleep is now a limited commodity.
