I was expecting a gain, but stayed the same instead.
Yesterday i cheated. I did not cheat with sugar. I cheated with nuts and low carb icecream and about a cup of popcorn. I probably had about 1800 calories yesterday, but the scale said the same weight. I'm a bit perplexed but happy and I will be more careful today![]()
Had about 1000 cal yesterday and stayed the same weight.
It's so wierd how the scale is so goofy! I usually get on and then get on one more time just to be sure. But, this morning The second time I got on it said 1 1/2 pounds less. Then I got on again and it said what i weighed yesterday, so I guess I'll go with ....I stayed the same.
Again Im doing something a bit daring for tonights dinner: I'm making veal scaloppini dipped in egg whites and then coconut flour.
Yesterday I ended at about 1000 calories, I had a glass of wine in the evening instead of fruit. I lost 1.2 yesterday.

Many of you know that I do the HCG Diet in a very "Rogue" style.
I've been meticulously counting my calories. Friday morning the scale showed that I had lost ALL the weight I put on during the 4th of July Holiday weekend. (in 3 days -7 #). Then I ate too much Friday (a huge steak for dinner). I added it up and it came to 1250 calories for the day!!!!! Saturday morning I weighed earlier than usual and it showed a 1.3 # gain. Sat I had 1020 calories NOT INCLUDING COCONUT OIL. and
My DH has lost 5.2 LB in 3 days!! I'm proud of him. We ate a huge steak tonight tho (both of us) and veggies cooked in coconut oil. And red wine. Then I had a handful of Mac nuts. We'll see how it goes tomorrow
