  1. O and Karen, you would sustitute the greek yogurt with your protein. Basically, I'm just eating kind of an Atkins style, only I have yogurt sometimes, Jay Robb protein shakes and berries. I eat coconut bread instead of the Melba or grissini (if I have it at all) and I don't always have fruit, just berries sometimes (usually in my Fage) AND I meticulously count calories. I've been trying to average 800 to 900 a day!!!
  2. I did once, but when I'm in phase 2, I like to do the nonfat Fage, only because its 100 calories instead of 120. I had some this morning with 1/4 cup of canned pumpkin, and pumkin pie type spices and 1 TBL of xylitol sweetener and vanilla cream liquid stevia. It was yummy. Tasted like pumpkin pie :0

    Hi there, I have a ? For you. Is it ok to eat Fage2% cause that's what they had at Vons. Can I substitute a protein or fruit with it? Do people still get losses? I'm just curious I hear a lot of people do it. Thanks
  4. Hey Karen, If you have already done a full round (meaning 23 days of HCG and 3 weeks of p3) then you are eligible to do the 2 weeks on, one week off. So here's what you do: One day mini load (eat p3 foods...no carbs or sugar) and take the HCG. then 13 days of the VLCD with the drops. For the one week off, do 2 days of VLCD/no drops and 5 days of p3 eating between 1200 and 2000 calories or so a day. Thanks for visiting me! keep me posted
    I've actually decided to just stay on the VLCD. I can do this because I'm on the non perscription, Homeopathic drops. I also take 5 supplements from Pharmanex. I will do interruptions once or twice a month of 4 days to a week. Whenever you go off the VLCD you have to do 2 days of no drops but staying low calorie

Hmmm pleasantly surprised

I was expecting a gain, but stayed the same instead.

Yesterday i cheated. I did not cheat with sugar. I cheated with nuts and low carb icecream and about a cup of popcorn. I probably had about 1800 calories yesterday, but the scale said the same weight. I'm a bit perplexed but happy and I will be more careful today

Goofy Scale!!!

Had about 1000 cal yesterday and stayed the same weight.
It's so wierd how the scale is so goofy! I usually get on and then get on one more time just to be sure. But, this morning The second time I got on it said 1 1/2 pounds less. Then I got on again and it said what i weighed yesterday, so I guess I'll go with ....I stayed the same.

Again Im doing something a bit daring for tonights dinner: I'm making veal scaloppini dipped in egg whites and then coconut flour.

Keepin on going down!!!

Yesterday I ended at about 1000 calories, I had a glass of wine in the evening instead of fruit. I lost 1.2 yesterday.
-18.2#s in 20 days of VLCD (I had to to re-lose 7 of those, because of an interruption over the 4th)
I'm VERY encouraged!! The supplements I take (one of which is a Pro-Biotic with every meal) help alot. Yesterday I drank a lot of black tea and I ate veggies cooked in c/o

Many of you know that I do the HCG Diet in a very "Rogue" style.
I've been meticulously counting my calories. Friday morning the scale showed that I had lost ALL the weight I put on during the 4th of July Holiday weekend. (in 3 days -7 #). Then I ate too much Friday (a huge steak for dinner). I added it up and it came to 1250 calories for the day!!!!! Saturday morning I weighed earlier than usual and it showed a 1.3 # gain. My Hubby's doing great!!

My DH has lost 5.2 LB in 3 days!! I'm proud of him. We ate a huge steak tonight tho (both of us) and veggies cooked in coconut oil. And red wine. Then I had a handful of Mac nuts. We'll see how it goes tomorrow
