    Are you feeling better? I forgot to ask, do you eat the melba toast/grissini/wasa? take a few bites of that throughout the day as well as spreading the food out.... hope you are feeling better!
  3. Thank you, I sure did drink and still loss a pound lol, I'm telling some girls that are stalling for more then 4 days to try this approach. They don't really trust it I guess. Ive broken my stall as soon as I started having 2 to 3 oz whisky with coke zero and I don't eat the melba toast or fruit at night. Well I ran out of makers mark, so I have no booze. I asked my hubby if he would pick me up some vodka we'll see, he's coaching a basketball game tonight so I'm not sure I'm getting it , if I don't lose tomorrow I'm gonna know that alcohol works for me. So you drank to much shame on you, eat a tomato it'll help replenish some stuff u lost that causes hangovers I can't remember the name lutin or other. Have a great day peace

    This is my first round. I am on day 40something. I've cheated twice and tried a few rogue things that didn't fare well, so sitting at the 20lb mark. Am hoping to lose a little more before going into P3. I decided that this Friday is going to be decision day as to whether I continue another week or transition into P3. I lost 1.2 this morning after being up the day before, so maybe my body heard I was giving up. lol. But yea, try a drink or two tonight and see what happens on the scales tomorrow. There is a thread out there about alcohol in P2....as well as a rogue thread, if you're interested in deviating from strict protocol. Cheers!

    No problem. I'd go with mineral water instead of tonic. Tonic has sugars, and the diet tonic has fake sugars. If you have a Trader Joes close by, I love their brand of mineral water because its really bubbly when you first open it, so it mixes with the booze well. I use the concentrated lime in those little green bottles, that look like limes. Just make sure there isn't any sugars in it. I drink two drinks a night, if not more sometimes. Whoopsies ;o)

    I just wanted to comment about your comment in the questions thread about alcohol. From what I've read, if you stick with the clear color spirits, you're fine. My liquid of choice is beer, but since I am doing this diet, I've switched to Vodka or Gin and mineral water, with some lime in it. I went the first 2 weeks w/o booze, but then tried the Gin and "soda" waters and have been able to kick back several a night with out it hindering my progress-- its just the other "rouge" attempts that are slowing me down. I did give up my evening fruit for my vodkafruit but I still have my strawberries in the morning to hold me over til lunch. I've taken to eating a handful of cashews with my drinks--but that isn't protocol and totally rogue. So, you might wanna switch to the clearer stuff (the darker stuff typically has sugars in it). Cheers!

I'm happy with being able to eat more protein since I'm working out. I'm also back in the 160's so to be exact 169.3 yay. Also wanted anyone who reads my blog that I bought some pajama jeans and they are awesome so comfy I got size 10_12 and made them go up my butt lol Anywho hope everyone has an awesome weekend ill check in again Monday

I am eating 700 to 800 calories and just not eating fruit in the evening. I added fage2% yogurt to my meal plan to increase my protein. Cause I'm working out too, I'm just not sure if the hcg I'm using is real so I'm just trying to make sure I don't lose muscle mass, we'll see how it works. I'm excited to eat clean for life.

Tested my HCG it read negative:(

I ordered stuff from online cheaphcgsupplies.com and I got 2 vials of 5000 iu I'm really confused I used two pregnancy test both read negative one was invalid so I consider it negative. I'm not sure what to do has anyone else had this happen and still use it, I'm doing injections. Please any advise is appropriated. I already used one vial for 20 days, and I'm doing another 30 days.

hi everyone, my weight was 174.2 this morning, I gained 4 pounds from LDW, I'm doing a 30 day round I'm hoping to lose 20 pounds. I'm gonna do my best to stick to protocol, only thing I'm changing is I'm gonna eat Fage yogurt instead of fruit and see if that works for me if not ill stop. Hope I can do this right this time. I need your support people thanks have a good day everyone.

So I went to the grocery store bought the things need, got tilapia, chicken breast and some lean steaks, I measured everything and have my meats all ready in zip bags in the freezer. I'm mixing my hcg tonight and starting at 175 iu, cause I felt this worked the best. Thank you everyone for your support and for believing in me. I'm also gonna walk an hour a day and do strechy yoga 3x a week ill let u all know how it goes ill be blogging everyday, this morning I weighed 173, tomorrow might be more
