Had lost weight via diet & working out (weights + cardio) and was 122lbs in March 2010. Gained weight after that with much yo-yo-ing in between. Was 170lbs in Dec 2010. Want to get back to being disciplined, healthy & strong...& more importantly....proud of myself.
Goal weight: 122-125lbs
Goal body fat: 24-26%

I do not expect this to happen overnight or within 1 mth but we all have to start somewhere :)
