    I am on VLCD18 and down 15.6. My goal is 64 pounds and I am thinking I will need 3 rounds. This round I am doing 40 days. I take the spray under the tongue. Glad to hear you are still with us! I have been slacking on the blog too. This lifestyle is time consuming!!

    I am checking in to promote the buddy system and see how things are going. My weight loss has slowed a few times, but I am staying positive as clothes are getting baggier every day and I still feel great. Having zero carb and sugar hangovers makes this all worth it!! How are you doing?? (VLCD13 and 12 pounds down, 52 to go.)

    I'm doing pretty good. I've been like you so far and doing pretty basic meals. I think I want to try making a spaghetti sauce or chilli soon. Let me know if you find a good chili recipe. Today I actually got full from my meal... like to the point I couldn't even eat my orange, so i'm saving it for snack. I had some shrimp ceviche but only with cucumbers. I used a lime because it says we can use one lemon and I figure, a lime is pretty much like a lemon.

    Just weighed in this morning after 2 days of loading and did not gain at all.... Strange considering I ate like a fool! I really tried to stuff my face and anticipated a gain. But I am not complaining! Here we go with day 1 of phase 2. Keep me posted on how you do this week!!

    Hi!! In response to your question, I am on day 2 of loading. This is my first round ever on hhCG. So I start my low cal diet on Monday. I am super excited and I feel if I build a strong online support system I will be more likely to chat about things instead of cheating.

    How are you doing?

Obviously I hit a low point yesterday with frustrations.

Last night I went to sleep early and woke up with a refreshed attitude. I didn't have a loss today (which I'm charging to the 5 second bliss of my pretzel cheat) but I am back to my NO CHEAT mentality. No cheats -No excuses. Happy Friday - here's to a new us

Stupid boys.... and stupid pretzels

I know I'm a newbie and have a lot learn but it's just frustrating when the two guys you live with are shredding pounds every few hours. It was frustrating enough that I broke down and ate one yogurt covered pretzel and now I feel absolutely horrible. How do you cave in when you just started??? The 4 lbs lost and success stories on here should be enough to keep myself motivated. On another note I'm hungry. I told myself before I started that hunger can be a mental thing but my stomach is growling!

Down another pound

Last night I was experiencing some mild dizziness. My bf told me I probably wasn't drinking enough water or had to adjust my dosage. So today I started on water early to see if this will fix it, if not then I think I will lower my dosage. Speaking of dosage, I appreciate that it's tasteless but because of the no taste sometimes I feel like I'm not doing it right. Yesterdays cilantro chicken lunch was on point! Lost 3 lbs.

Yes I am ecstatic but at the same time I am still in the 5 lb range that I normally yoyo around. I will take it as a win but once I hit new territory then I shall do a happy dance. My bf and my roommate are on the diet so it makes it easier to stay on track. I have been cooking all of our lunches and dinners. Last night I made some lean sirloin with spinach and they loved it. Trying to experiment to see what tastes good, is filling, and doesn’t make you stall. So

Day 2 and Im feeling great, especially since this morning I reached my pre-load weight (such a releif). My sister and brother are vacationing in Seattle and asked me to join them, even offered a plane ticket BUT half of the the events with them all involve food and I feel if I took this trip I would be setting myself up for failure. I'm in this for the long haul, when I reach my goal then I will consider vacation. Good luck to everyone!
