Vlcd Day 1 :170 -4lbs
Vlcd Day 2 :168 -2lbs
Vlcd Day 3 :166 -2lbs
Vlcd Day 4 :164 -2lbs
Total: 10lb Grand Total loss
This has been so awesome, dropping pounds, not the cravings, those are a B^!#h. I havent been hungry, its just when i see my bf snacking on a choco chewy bar, ugh i wanna kill emmm!!!

Boy was i hungry yesterday, my body craved sugar like never before. I went to the bathroom every 5 minutes from the 2 liters of water i drank. It was a hard first day, but im glad i got through it. I also had a headache in the evening, but i took some aleve and was ok. Hopefully the hunger issue will be better. I didnt space out my snacks, so im going to do that

So far today not much hunger
For lunch im having Tilapia, celery, and an apple
I gained 6 pounds on loading days, today i weighed in and lost 4 pounds so far. Hopefully the last 2 pounds can come off and
i can begin to lose the real pounds 
Well im off to make some lunch

Yesterday was real bad, i ate everything i could, bad idea. Im up anouther pound though, its a wonder i didnt gain more.
Shopping today, getting fruit, chicken, beef, veggies, and i think im going to get a protein drink, also see if i can find canned chicken
that doesnt have any additives.
Im ready mentally for vlcd

My 1st loading day is over, and i felt like such a little piggy yesterday..
I ate a huge breakfast with eggs bacon and pancake, for lunch corn dogs, wings and choco milk, dinner was pasta and alot of bread with butter, all while snacking on cookies and brownies all day
I..felt..horrible lol
Looks like im going to do the same again today, bring on load2
