Im doing ok. Not as much weight coming off but inches are flying off like crazy..lol I guess for me inches first pounds in moderation..lol But Im happy either way as long as the scale changes to a lower number when I jump on it..lol I was 242.6 when I began and Im now 238.0 Yea Me!!! Good Luck!!!

Yes...lack of sleep will effect you losses for tomorrow. However, its not a big deal as you'll just lose a little more the next day after you sleep! Don't worry about it...just study for that test!

Oh those holidays were not a friend here either! You are doing great! I had been 150-160 for quite a few years in the past; then just after coming to FL from MA my husband and I lost, and I was down to 135-140, had my thyroid removed and slowly crept up to 180, which was always my all time high.

Thanks island shorty 2! When I did HCG injections the last time I seemed to stall or become immune, or just not absorb the SQ. So this time my MD has me doing the shots IM. It is not a problem for me(I'm an RN). My husband on the other hand does just great! I am starting at 181 and today I am 178. I had a heck of a time getting my ticker to load and I am still trying to get the lingo down, scouring the site!
