    I am still on R2. I have 13 days left. I have a lot of stats in my blog if you want to see all my loss information. I haven't really compared the two rounds yet, but I feel like I am actually losing more this round. I think I am about 15 down this round not including the 5 I gained! LOL

    I gained 5 pounds in a 2 day load!! But in the first 2 days on VLCD, I have lost 6. I feel great. I am afraid I will get addicted to this way of life and want to do it all the time. I lost a pound during P3 and even traveled during that time and was eating out almost 100% for 6 days. That was a good feeling. I like what you are doing with exercise and calories. I hope to be able to make that work for me when I get into maintenance. I have a friend that eats 500 calories every other day, and then eats whatever she wants on the off days. Weird, but it works for her. I wonder what that would do to a metabolism, but what do I know! Keep me posted on how things are going!

    Pretty good actually, I am not hungry enough to eat everything they have on a sample P3 day though!!! Not even close, im fluctuating about 2 lbs from my lwi. But it says it takes 1-2 weeks to stabilize so I am not stressing. What about you?

    Hi Ike, to get your ticker to post on group forum go to settings on top right side of page, then click on edit signature and highlight your signature(one with the bb code) right click to copy, onced copied, go back to group forum and start new discussion, name your post and paste your signature on your post. The hardest part for me was to figure out on my computer how to copy and paste and for my computer it was to highlight, then hold down ctrl and the c button together to copy, then to paste click on curser to post area, then hold down ctrl and the v button together to paste. Hope this helps.

    I am checking in to promote the buddy system and see how things are going. My weight loss has slowed a few times, but I am staying positive as clothes are getting baggier every day and I still feel great. Having zero carb and sugar hangovers makes this all worth it!! How are you doing?? (VLCD13 and 12 pounds down, 52 to go.)

Last time I dieted was 17years ago - loss 50 pounds in 3 months on shakes and kept if mostly off (up and down a little) for 17 yrs. Then gained like mad in the last year and a half!
