Day ? - Hmmm I don't even recall...

I'm tired of dieting and am ready for a maintenance that is easy to handle... that means easy to maintain and easy to figure the foods and values out - hopefully without maintaining a spreadsheet of every bite.

Day 8 - Still no hcg - high fat(50 grams)/moderate protein(50 grams)/carbs(25 grams)

Hmmm, well Day 7 started great. I was tracking my food determined to stay on course. It was about 6pm, my food alotment for the day was gone, kids were busy away from home, and my husband wanted to go to dinner to a nice restaurant. Why not? Right? I decided to splurge (of course!) Great Plan for Day 6 but...

<0> Loss - 0 Gain!

Well, I had a great plan for Day 6, but when it came down to the Ribeye Steak on my plate I didn't STOP eating! I ended the day over a couple hundred in calories, over in protein, and under in carbs - stayed the same on the scale so I figure no harm done and I ate until my heart was content

Now for the weekend, which has always been difficult for me...Gotta get busy and moving so I don't get bored and graze!

My Day 6 menu plan

Coffee and 2 TB Heavy Cream
L-lettuce spinach salad w/ apple cider vinegar dressing
L=6 oz greek yogurt w/stevia
L=1/4 C Walnuts mixed into yogurt
D-RibEye Steak=6 oz
D-Tomato-medium size
D-Broccoli 1 cup
Probably another coffee with heavy whipping cream to get the cal/fat/ up; I'll also try to find something with 5 carbs to get the carbs up. I don't seem to lose
