it could be your body is done, or if you're on your original mixture, that you need to increase your dose. if you've done well in P3 you'll probably be ok- i know one friend of mine who stopped after 14 days (and she stopped because she was cheating all the time) and she maintained, but she's also one of those who lost weight very easily.

Would LOVE to see some more before/after photos! You have a great physique, and you inspire me to strive for perfection! I used to lift a lot, but recently slacked up and got into Zumba! I'm hoping to keep doing Zumba, and maybe some light weight routines....simply because I enjoy it! My 'gym family' is a big part of my life too, so it would be hard to give that up!

So....do you know anything about sauna usage during the protocol? I LOVE to do a Zumba class, sauna for a while and sometimes go tanning (only twice a month at the most).

if you run out, then do the best you can- eat a bit more protein if you have to.

glass is preferred, but if you can't find one that's ok. and you don't need an amber one- just cover a clear one with foil. when you switch, don't stop the hhcg until after you've done 2 full days on the RX hcg.

some people think you have better results with 250; colleen thinks she's seen more hunger on that. so i'd start with 166.

do you have enough to do 250 for the round? most of the kits, etc., are based on taking 166.

if you want to change the dose later i can help you with your calculations. 10000 iu div by 20 cc's= 500 iu's/cc. (you mix the entire vial) Then you each take .5 cc's, twice a day. since you each will be taking a total of 500 iu's per day, your vial will last you 10 days.
