I was worried cause I added more veggies yesterday (broc) to my chili, BUT I'm Down again!! Total 10.6 And so happy. So proud of myself for yesterday and NOT giving into temptation!!! It was a long day struggle but mainly in my mind!!
Secretly---I did chew on a straw, because I'm so used to chewing on something!
I took Melatonin last night and it really helped. Also I started reading a book. So hoping that will help keep me busy and mind occupied.

The day is not over yet! But I little more confident than earlier today. Took a kid i was bbsitting for to a play place with a Buffet!!!
I took my chicken along and got lettuce and asked for a Lemon!! lots of pepper too. If there is flaver I do better
Now I just made chili and included Braggs animo acids. It made the flavor 10 times better, I am suprised I didn't find this stuff earlier!!

I know this is two in one day and will probably not happen often, but I wanted to record Some things!!
Went grocery shopping today for the first time in P2 and didn't stop anywhere!!! no fast food no ice cream and No bad food to eat on the way home in the Car!! Ya Me!!!

Well started my HCg path this week. Have a lot to lose, but I am going one day at a time. Sometimes one moment at a time. Loaded 3rd 4th and 5th of july. On day 3 of my VCLD and down about 7 lbs. I am happy about the loss and all, but really want to see a change in my looks. I can't wait for someone to see me and say "oh have you lost weight?" Not than I will tell them right away about my new path, but just want some physical signs.
