    Are you sure your still on track? I haven't seen you in awhile. I am moving into P3 on Sunday for a three week rest from the diet. I will do another round in May...

    Hey Jai,
    Haven't heard from you all weekend. ARe things going well? Day 16 today right? I am on my last week - down 15 as of today, I"ve accepted my body loses/stalls/loses/stalls.
    That is just my body and how it likes to lose I guess. I hope it's pulling my skin tight when it stalls LOL>. I'm excited to be on my last week right now - but also thinking I may not
    make my 20 pound goal this round - but I'll keep trying for sure, since this is my last week of this round I am being very strict on my protoco. I keep hoping.

    Good morning Jai,
    How are you doing today? It would be really cool if you joined the group on here that I am in. There is only a few of us and we all stated the same week! As did you .
    It is in the groups link ( Buddies wanted for those starting week of March 17 - 19th I think is what is says.

    So I'm back on track - if you saw my blog today? Wow I need more protein - scary my body was eating muscle because I wasn't getting enough protein. SCARY!
    glad I had a doctor appoinment yesterday!! I needed that.

    So how are things going? You still having consistent losses? I have on more day to make my goal for this week of 5 pounds - Hope I make it! Today I was at 4.
    I'll take that as I have had a terrible week up and down.. I had almost 6 oz of steak last night and lost over a pound this morning.. LOL> Imagine.
    Well have a great day.. find me in the groups on that week we started.

Keeping on Track

Hello All:
I missed a day of blogging. However, I am still on track. I lost 10 pounds my first week. However, I have noticed that this week (week 2) that I have not lost at the same rate as last week. I am still losing though. Which is a good thing. I just don't know if this is normal or not. I am not hungry at all. Sometimes I have to make myself eat. I Survived The Weekend

It was horrible. The days seemed long and everything was food. Not that I was hungry, but food seemed to appear everywhere. I managed to lose something everyday. So that was good. And I did remember to keep my prepared meals close by. But temptation was all around. Like I always say "One Day At A Time." That really holds true. This morning Monday. One Day At A Time

Hello Everyone:

Day 5 and counting. I am down 7 lbs. Not bad, however, today was challenging for me being Saturday and all. Are all weekends like this? However, during my weekend errands, I did remember to take my food along which helped. Food was everywhere, and every which way I turned I guess that is part of the lifestyle change that is taking place. I will have to deal with it. The days are getting warmer and summer is nearing. It will be BBQ season very soon.

One Day AT A Time

Hello Everyone:

I am still hanging in there. I was down another 2 lbs this morning. Hopefully this trend will last the weekend. I am only in Day 5 and yesterday was awful with everyone eating around me. But I hung in there and beat the temptation. Clearly I am on top of things for now. A message to all HCGer's..........Keep you eye on the prize......You Can Do It. Take Care.

Hello All:

I am on day 4 of my diet and hanging in there. I've been able to keep my hunger at bay, so that has not been a problem. However, this evening on my way home from work with my car windows down......all I could smell is BBQ. The weather here is breaking and it seems like everyone is cooking out.
