Day 3 and it's alright

Went to spin class this morning, food wise I've been good. Gonna attempt a walk this evening. Movie night again today.

Everyday is a mental challenge but I found some motivational quotes and pics, I just hope I can make it ou with awesome results

Day 2 -- Ok so far

Just like the heading says. Today has been ok so far. Not too hungry, chugging my water since its been sooo hot.

Taking it one day at a time.

Going to he movies tonight, i am gonna try not to give in to eating any snacks

Today hasn't been too bad so far. Of course my biggest challenge is going to be giving up.

I'm a little rogue in that I chew gum, use some roguish veggies like cauliflower and bell peppers. I will do Anything to stay on this diet for at least 30days.

I'm back after a very long hiatus. Gained a whole lot plus more. I keep on starting the diet and stopping after a few days. Big mistake.

I think honestly that blogging each day will help me be accountable.

So day 1vlcd starts tomorrow. I'm so determined, because I've tried losing weight without hcg and its so hard. I'll be honest there are some times I wish I had never found hcg because then I could do it the old fashioned way and not be soooooo carb sensitive. But
