    hey, wanted to comment on your comment about alcohol. if you stick with clear alcohol, you should be ok. so that would be vodka or gin. you can do gin and 'tonics' but *dont* use tonic water because it has sugar in it, and the diet tonic has fake sugars. i prefer to use mineral water (trader joes mineral water is really bubbly). if you are going to a full out restaurant, you can ask for gin and "soda" which is just carbonated water. i have drank more nights than not during p2, gin and mineral water, with either real limes in it for the little green bottle that looks like a lime, had have done fine with it. that isn't to say everyone can drink and lose, but i can't imagine one or two drinks--without any sugars-- hurtin too bad! let me know how it goes.

    Hi there thank you so much for taking the time to post your opinion even if your not an expert, your right I should follow the protocol how Dr.S wrote and studied, I'm doing 175ius and feel hungry still do u think its still high? What was your dose, that worked for you? I'll try and do yoga at night and derided that relaxes me, I'm a sucker for a nice buzz lol

Need answer fast please -
Question:
Sister is on P3 and woke up this morning with a 2.2 gain. She needs to do a steak day. Problem is she is driving all day in rural areas and will not be able to eat until 9pm (it is now 10am). Can she do something else as an alternative to steak at 9pm? She has Fage and wondering if she could eat that all day with nothing else as an alternative. What do you think? Any advice?
