    I think that being thinner and fitting into smaller sizes is a better way to gauge yourself than weight when it comes down to a few pounds. Congrats on fitting into most of your clothes. Last time that I weighed what I weigh now, I was smaller and more toned. I worked out 5x a week, 1-2 hours. This time, not working out, I am a bit bigger and flabbier and not too happy about it. Do you like the way you look now? Or do you think you still need to slim down more? I didn't do a planed interruption, I thought about it, but instead cut my diet by 2 days to enjoy eating at a restaurant over father's day weekend. I think there is a thread on here about planned interruptions.

    Hello! Thanks for checking in on me. I have been on vacation and hadn't had a chance to come on this site. My iphone screen is too small to read/update so I figured I would do it once I got back from vacation. Everything good so far. How are you doing?

I started the HCG diet at the beginning of May. Unfortunately, I didn't read enough to make sure I was doing the right thing. I had the actual diet down pat but the HHCG drops I was taking had no HCG in them. I lost 10 pounds in the first 2 weeks but I was having unbelievable insomnia and lots of hunger.
