    I am not going to use the sweetner again. I don't like that after taste. I still have it..urgh..

    I just used Cinnamon on my apple ..I got the granny smith, and seems to work.. So, will stick to that.

    I wouldn't go overboard. Try to stay as close to P2 as possible. You'll likely see a gain you'll have to deal with. The hcg would still be in your system even though you skipped that day. It's there for 72 hours.
