    eee! (<-my happy squeal lol) I'm so glad your back! I missed talking with you! I'm on R2 P2D16. I'm only doing a short round I think so I'll be done next week. You dont have to measure, I know it messes with my head sometimes so I get it. Inches are what is most important really.

    That meatloaf sounds great!! I may have to try it. I have never even considered the melbas. I may play with them this round and see how I do. I am another 2 down today and celebrating!! Yahooo!!

    I bought that bag of langostinos/lobsters at Costco, too!! I have a major love of chicken broth (I get the fat free lower sodium by the case at Costco) right now. I shred cabbage, add lean ground turkey, beef or bison and 1 can of broth and simmer until the liquid cuts down by half. Sometimes I add a dash of crushed red pepper flakes. I love it a little too much. But I am boring in the kitchen right now. Or it's tilapia simmered in lemon juice or cider vinegar with mustard. Sometimes I try to get crafty with steamed cauliflower and mash it to be like potatoes. I attempted to use it to make a creamy soup base, and it was a failure!! I figure if the food isn't too exciting I will be less hungry... LOL

    How is the coffee going? I completely understand not wanting it without milk. I am 6 pounds down in the first 2 days of R2, but I gained 5 loading... LOL I still have over 30 to lose, but I am in this to succeed!

    Hmmm, I dont know/havent heard of any consequences to starting a few days earlier. My best guess is that if you do that, make sure you are really good in P3..like **** about it so that you make sure you stabilize well. Do what you feel is right girl! As for me, well I just dont know... I still have alot of fat on my legs, arms and a belly hanging down. (think frowning belly button lol )I know I need to start doing some sort of workout to tighten up, I am so jiggly. My thought was to lose the last few pounds, then start the strength training, cause of course the scale will go up then. Oh I just dont know how I feel or look... its sad. I dont know what size I am in right now, I feel like I still look chunky... Its just so hard to wrap my head around it all. Maybe I'll take some more pictures, and you can see what I mean. I want a healthy body AND a healthy mind. You didn't offend me at all! I'm so glad we connected here, thank you for your support. <3

    We are pretty lucky! The weight isn't budging for me! I would like to lose just 8 more though... As far as the anniversary thing goes... Wellllllllll its hard to say. Dont let this diet get in the way of living your life ya know. At the same time I know its important to lose and feel good about yourself. My suggestions are either do a rain check with your hubby. Celebrate your anniversary a week late or so. OR do a planned interruption. Hope your good <3

    Hey girl, just checking in? Hows everything? I'm doing okay, just hanging in there, no gains on p3, wt currently -3lbs ldw. Still only able to get in 1200-1500 cals. Its hard because I dont like to eat alot of fat, I've never been a big meat eater and I get so full! I'm not complaining but whats gonna happen if I add in good carbs one day? Will I balloon up?? Dont know, keep in touch!
