  1. Unbearably frustrated this morning, I am (was) 5lbs away from my goal weight, in the home stretch, really feeling lousy but convincing myself to keep going because itof those last 5 lbs. Staying on protocol, ate maybe a little over 500 cal yesterday, but i gained this morning? .6lbs?? why i don't get it? I've been working so hard to get these last few lbs off and now I'm gaining? I just want to give up. so frustrated.

  4. Synthia, Thank you, i can always use a little help. I am currently on round 2 doing a 23 phase. Day 9, this round is very different mentally than the first. I constantly have uncontrollable fantasies about cookies and cakes, never had that In my whole life, don't know where that is coming from. I'm worried about stabilizing and keeping this weight off, i don't know if I've dealt with my emotional eating issues. Also, i just want to be normal one day, be able to have a cookie here and there, will i ever be normal?

    Jeni, I have done very well transitioning from P2 to P3 and I understand your concerns. I would like to help you. Are you doing 23 or 40 days this time? What is your current height and weight? What happened last time on Phase 3? If you don't feel comfortable telling me, it's okay too. I think I can help you though. My help is here if you want it.

Phase 3..need some help

I am on day 19 of Phase 3... I just had my TOM for the past 5 days and gained about 4lbs...today i am over my LIW and doing an Apple day...but will my weight regulate before I start Phase 4? Or should I not incorporate Starches or sugars in 2 days?

my weight is DEFINITELY NOT stable...it fluctuates by 4lbs some days...

Any advice?

Bloating or Gaining Phase 3???

Hello... I am in deserate need of some advice/answers. I am on day 12 of Phase 3. After I finished Phase 2, I left for a trip to Australia, and have been doing my maintenance Phase while here. It has been VERY challenging, but good. When I arrived I bought a new scale the day i landed and have been EXTREMELY diligent about what i eat.
