I have been doing fairly well, and then had a major lapse last night- I was super lethargic all day, and really hungry. I ate an extra protein portion, and then- coconut milk ice cream. It was like I was possessed! I don't think it was hunger either, per-se. TOM is coming, and that's my guess.
I lucked out: still had a loss today, but it was small: 0.4 lbs. Which makes my total loss for week 1- ta daa! 12.6 lbs (including loading weight). I only gained 2 lbs. loading, so that's still

I have done HCG before, and I know this crazy progress will eventually slow somewhat. I am trying to enjoy it while I can!
Judging by my weigh in this morning, I should get to the 1 lb. a day mark soon. My BF% on the scale is relatively useless, aside from being a good indicator of how hydrated I am and what my bathroom habits are like. But the BF% (after being low for me) has been going up steadily.

I am lucky to be doing this along with a friend this round. she's using homeopathic drops, I am Sub-Q-ing it. After several years of trying to do this the so-called "healthy" way, I have to conclude that this is the only thing that works for me.
I weighed in Tuesday morning to see 3 lbs. had flown the coop. Another three this morning.
Since I have done Whole 30's and not had results like this all month, I am flabbergasted. Granted, 2 lbs. of that is loading

Oh man.
I've eaten Paleo for the last 4 years- I seem to be the only oddball who can't drop weight on it, so hcg is kind of a last resort for me. It really worked well the last time around, but I went on vacation and never stabilized. So the goal this time is to do it right!

Wow. I made it!
I haven't weighed in yet. I had the best of intentions, but let me tell you, in Thailand, everything is served with rice or rice noodles, or has sugar in it. Unless you're drinking water, every drink is pre-sweetened with a heavy hand.
