    Hey Jennifer, I just saw your post over on the Walden Farms thread. Your story sounded just like mine. R1=strict protocol=success. R2=tried a little rogue=failed miserably. I'm on R3 (started Oct 18) and am back to pretty strict protocol. So far I've had much more success.

    Where are you hanging your hat for R3? I've over hte Oct 2011 Loaders thread.

    Hi Jennifer, Just saw a post fromj you and first of all congrats on the weight loss your doing great! I am susposed to get my drops on Friday so Sat i will start this journey. I am excited although a little nervous tht I will plan my meals right. Any tips you could give would be appreciated. TY
