    Hey jennifer! We can be buddies. If you haven't already you should join the thread with me. I'm only plan on doing 25 days though, since I don't want to lose more than 15lbs. However, I like to keep my fb separate from diet stuff, I don't really like to talk about it there. But I'll be checking in here regularly since I've started this round so you can always message or comment me! I also blog on here a lot, which is really helpful.

    I see what your asking for the only recipes i had were the one's where I made my own CC, or mixed up my Shake Days, etc... just altered what was already around. But pretty much for the 70 days of P4 and beyond, I ate Low carb, atkins diet if you will so whatever I made for me and my family came from this website. And when I lost the 10 pounds, I alternated CD with P3 eating until 10 pound loss was achieved. Here's the website: http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/index.html

So this is "kinda" like the second round for my HCG journey. I said kinda, because i stopped halfway through my first round, and gained most weight back. This time, i promise myself, BE STRONG, IT MUST WORK THIS TIME.
