    How have you been?? Im back in p2 after a massive bust last p3..like gained back everyting in 3 weeks bust I could have just died. I thought ok maybe 10 -15 pounds... I thought I wouldnt gain above where I stabilized in r1 p3..but I guess my r2 unet my set point?? Who knows. sad face. Are you in p4 right now? I need some motivation from people athat are workin this, I know I have but im super starting to doubt if its for me..but then my mind goes back to how well it worked! I mean I lost fast and i kept if off til I snapped. I hope it was just me and not that fact that twe nver really stabilize and just gain whenever we treat. I learned that for every bad day.. I need a good day to get back on track. Sigh. Hope youre doing better than me!!

    What did you end up doing? another p2 round is not really and option right now for me. im so mad at myself i was at my final goal. all i had to do was a clean p3 and i would have been done. went out of town for a couple days with my siters and ate way tooo much p3 foods and just let it get away from me. im really hoping this week of high protein and no nuts and stuff works. im really scared i messed up for good and even more scared i messed up my first round weight loss! If thats the case i never should have gone for round 2. please share your experience. I wish you well andhope you got back down. its such a roller coster.

    i read your post about your p3 going badly and i was in the same place..am still in the same place. I ate wat too much nuts and cheese in the first fews days of hcg , plus tom weight. i was technically 4.3 from ldw last thursday and i just had the hardest time getting back to more than one "good" day at a time. so fiday i was up about 10 pounds not sure what was tom weight or not. so I have been alternating correction days with high protein days and LOTS of water. Im weighing on sat and i just dont know what to do if im still up. i hope to be back within range to try and "restablize" i hope because it shot up quick and i cheated on nuts cheese and sugar free junk that it goes back down quick.

    Oh goodness, how do you drink a gallon every day and still eat all of your calories? I failed miserably. I drank a little over half a gallon...the nights not over, but I don't think I can drink much more!! I used to be able to drink much more when I was in P2, because I didn't have to eat very much...but now it's a struggle!

    Thank you for checking up on me.I think I am doing ok considering everything that went on this round. My goal is 100 pounds and I know that is going to take a couple of rounds to achieve but that is ok because I am in it for the long haul and I don't expect this to happen overnight. I have been overweight for 20 years OMG!! So it took 20 years to get to this point and it is going to take some work to get it off.I have lost 20 pounds this round, could have been more but that is my own fault and lack of willpower, I will not beat myself up on it though because it just means that now I know what I should really do in Round 2 and what I need to adjust.I am full of emotion right now and I could continue to write a novel at this rate, you know when they say"be careful how you ask someone how are you, because they just might tell you . . . the whole story" this is one of those times.
