Hi everyone.
I am on the second day of Phase 3, stopped HCG pellets well over 72 hours (4 days) ago. I ate an orange for breakfast and small amounts of protein with a salad yesterday, being careful to stay at 1200 calories. Overnight I gained a pound plus some ounces.
My question is: Since I gained that pound .something, should I immediately try to lose that weight? Or should I continue with the calorie counting and no carbs and see whether I gain more? If I need
After HCG it is recommended that you do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes. Does the "no drinking anything for 30 minutes" include water?
I recently ordered pellets from Platinum Body Performance and haven't been able to contact them regarding my order status. They say it can take up to 72 hours to get their orders out, but it's been longer than that and I can't reach them by phone - they don't answer or return calls. I've also tried emailing them and got no reply. I'm concerned about my money and whether they, too, have been shut down. Anyone who ordered from them have a similar experience of not being able to contact them for
Today I went to the website of the health food store where I bought HCG and they had up a notice stating something like the following: HCG has not been approved by the FDA for sale in the USA and therefore we are in compliance with FDA regulations. This store had shelves and shelves of HCG and HCG related diet products. I didn't buy more earlier in the month, like I had planned, and now I won't be able to get it there at all, or at a reasonable price. It was $65 per 42 day supply.
Yesterday I went do doctor, got allergy injection for mega bad allergies, ears cleaned, then was diagnosed with scoliosis. Have been having severe backaches which also affect the left knee for some time, and turns out a major portion of it comes from the fact that my back and sides are crooked. I had to stop the exercise I was doing for the past 2 years several weeks ago because of the pain. I was extremely elated when the HCG diet came into view, with the emphasis not necessarily on exercise.
