    Hi Jill,

    I am a newbie too. I start my load days on Tuesday. I am doing the drops. I am so excited and a little nervous. I love to run too and I want to doa a 5K in May, Race for the Cure. I have about 25+ pounds to loose. I have lost 20 since October on just eating clean and exercise but have really stalled out even though I am still doing everything right so I am excited to have found this and really hoping it works. I would love to have several buddies that are going through this at the same time. Good luck.

Getting myself back in shape to set an example for my daughters. Love to workout and run (slow moving) and wish I could find a partner. Looking to always find something new to do to keep me moving. Would like to run a 5k this year.
