  2. Just be careful! You want to eat until you're full, not sick! I don't know why, but I only gained .2 lbs when loading. Last round I ate the same foods and gained about 2 lbs. So I am down 2.6 lbs, which includes the load weight.

    Hey! I totally almost ate 5,000 calories yesturday (Load Day 1) I had to put down my bowl of Rocky Road because I literally almost threw up. Today I'm a bit anxious, because my stomach is NOT happy with me....and I managed to force down a large omlett with 3.3 oz of cheese. Even writing that made my stomach churn. Ugh. I really don't eat high fat normally, so my body is feeling ill. Cannot wait to feel lean and light! So, have you lost 2.8 lbs including load weight? Keep in touch
  4. I'm so sorry I didn't see this message! Yes, I did load Sunday and Monday and today is VLCD 2 for me. Down 2.8 lbs so far.

    Some good loading foods that I had: BACON! Scrambled eggs with cheese, cheesecake, Chipotle steak burrito bowls, Salad with extra creamy dressing, pasta, Steak, cookies. What else are you planning on eating?

    Hi Jodie! Are you ready to start loading on Sunday? I realized my timing wouldn't work to start loading on Sunday or Monday because I am out of town until Sunday night. So I will be loading on Tues/Weds.....Check out my last blog and suggest loading foods! If you think it would help, we can start a support thread for those of us loading this next week or so.
