So I lost a total of 22 lbs in R1P2. Should have been more but I cheated on Christmas Day and New Years day and both set me back a little. I'm not glad that I cheated but it made me realize that its not worth it and I have no intention of cheating until I'm done with this whole process. I feel like in P2 I was constantly just thinking about food. P3 I'm constantly thinking about the scale...and whether or not it will be going up in the morning after every new food introduction.
