    Hi Julie me again I am about to go on P3 and bought cook book in it they talk about cocoa is it just normal cocoa that you drink or a special one Also do I eat low fat things or normal full fat does it include sausages bacon all meats cheese and creams sorry to be asking so much hope Im not being a bother thank you

  5. yeah, crack is dangerous though..I am scared to make any "treats" for a while. I might use coconut oil to cook with in p3 though.

    12 inches off your waist is so drastic!! I don't care if it happened over a year. WOW. that also means you are at way less risk for many health problems-woot woot!

    As for coconut oil on ph2...I think it's so high in calorie, if I were to have 1/2 tsp that would be equal to all my fruit for the day.....and bulk wise....the fruits would be better!

    it would be nice to know if I stabilized well with it though....that's a first goal since it's a main ingredient in cocoa crack! lol

    You WILL do it. You WILL make great food choices, and immediately change your thoughts when you begin to crave.
  9. waitingtochange..You just can not give your self any excuses...every time you cheat it makes it easier to cheat again..start of the day and tell yourself I am not cheating today, and just don't cheat..then it will make it easier to do the next day, because you know you can do it.

    hello again, i wrote to u ones b4, and i was knoticing the picture where u holding a red dress, wow, it looks like u lost alot o weihgt, im sooo gladfor u, tell me something how do u feel now, and how or what gave u the willpower to keep going as far as u have, iam soooo depress and phisicly sick, me being over weihgt in on my mind 24/7, and yet, i keep on cheating!! i dont know what is really worng with me, u mind me asking how much did u weihgt when u first started on hcg? well let me tell ya u look great, looking at you gives me the motivasion to start fresh and prayi i do stcik to it ones in for all! it been 2 months since i been trying off and to start and stay on theis diet but im sooo weak to temtesions i cant seem to go even one day, without cheating cant even beging to tell u how desapointed

Started at 179 (5'3") June 5th 2010. Lost 40 pounds eating no sugar, flour, wheat, rice, or dairy, and eating 2 times a day breakfast and lunch. Stalled at 138 for 4 months then decided to do HCG.

Life is good

I finally started back in college, and I am really enjoying it. I find I get very nervous, and frantic as soon as I see my assignment, but then I let it soak in and I do fine. Phase 4 is going well. I did jump back on p2 for a week, and decided it wasn't the right time for me. I am 4 pounds over LIW most mornings. Which isn't Ideal, but I am not worried about it. saving mixing instructions for myself.

Here is a post I am copying from happyAmy and edited a bit per how Grammy likes it telling how to mix RX Hcg.

Ok - this is a lot, but if I highly recommend copying this and pasting it into a Word document so you can refer to it whenever you need it and not have to remember where in the forums you found it.

P2 dissapointed with myself

I had to start P2 again, because I drank a few times. One time with Tequilla sunrises that time I gained 5 pounds.

My weight was super steady. I could finally eat anything but sugar in moderation, and not gain more than a pound. And I had figured out that if I ate less than 25 carbs in a day I would lose that pound. So it was finally going smooth after dealing with the diet for 150 days in one phase or another.

scale dream.

Well I got up today and weighed. But I think I want to stick to once a week. So I wont weigh again till next week. I had a long dream about weighing last night..It took me 35 minutes in my dream to get my pants and socks off to weigh. They felt so tight and hard to get off I felt so weak.. I did not feel fat, because I had a friend there helping getting the pants off. I wouldn't do that is i felt fat. I have had that dream before. I finally weighed in today, and even though I did a steak day and a high protein day this week, because I ate out 2 times..I always have to follow eating out by one of the other depending what I eat. I am the exact weight I started at last week. 121.6..I am no where near my LIW which is 118, but I feel alot better knowing I can eat pretty much what I want, and control the weight gain without a scale. It might of been harder at 118, because it is such a low weight for me(5'3"), but either way
