  1. Thanks for that info! I just really want this to work, and wasn't sure if going 3 weeks the first round was worthwhile or if i should just bite the bullet and go for the 6 weeks! i'm still on the fence because i'm so nervous about slipping up! i'm already kinda bored with the veg and protein choices and i'm not a seafood person, so that is out! icky! what if i have a bad day on drops? should i just stop taking the drops if i have a bad day? how do i regain the momentum if i screw up? just take the next day or meal and try to stay on track?

    thanks for answering all my silly questions! i'm so ready to do this, but want to cover all my bases the first time around! i'm a bit of a perfectionist, does it show? ha!

    Welcome July baby! This place is great and so many people are very helpful. If you check out my blog (just click on the blog tab and then the subject of one you want to read) you can see exactly what I did. But in a nutshell I did 60 days of p2 the first round then 3 weeks of p3 and because I wanted to get another round started I only did one week of p3, but I should've done three. I did like 75 days of p2 in round 2 and I did not really do a proper p3... basically jumped right into everything. So here I am doing round three for 30 days and will follow up with 3 weeks of p3 by following Primal Blueprint and then 3 weeks of p4. About julybaby
Have struggled with weight issues for a long time. Thought I had it under control a few years ago, but alas, I gained a lot of that weight back and it's because I just LOVE food! I do need to figure this out once and for all (not getting any younger, Ha!). I need to lose about 60lbs. I'd really be happy if that happened! so here i go!

OH NO! Sore throat! help!

Well i did have a 2lb loss this morning (very excited), but also had a terrible sore throat feeling starting in the middle of the night last night. I do not get sick much at all! It kinda kept me awake as I didn't want take anything that might affect my progress. What can i take in the way of cough drops to just get through that part of it? Are there any that don't have sugar, or are natural?
