My menus for the past several days have been fairly consistent.
Breakfast has been 2 (3 if they are small) scrambled eggs w/a small bit of cheese, a flax seed muffin with butter/jelly
AM snack - either a handful of nuts or 2 cheese sticks
Lunch - something along the lines of a 4-5oz chicken breast on top of mixed greens/shredded cheese/
I'm here!! Been super busy with relatives in town so haven't had a chance to read/reply at all. BACK on the correction wagon I go!!
Here I am on P4D25 - and I'm 6 lbs above LDW. Doing a steak day today to correct part of the damage.
It's been a crazy 3 weeks (which I knew it was going to be) and I didn't get my correction or steak days in there like I should have.
If I don't get my weight back down in the next 2 weeks, I'm going to do another round - just need to

The scale said 137.0 this morning - that's 5.0 above adjusted ldw. TOM is looming but not officially here yet. That explains
Hello everyone! I have missed all of my VBFF's. Back from another camping weekend - and this time I remembered to take my scale! Several new faces on here so welcome aboard!!!
AFM - Sat am weight was back down w/in range. I did get in a 5 mile bike ride Sat am knowing that Sat would be a higher calorie day. Sat food was going good until the afternoon and dinner. Had too little water and too many adult beverages, dinner was prob too high in calories and was followed by a smore.
Good morning everyone! I just haven;t been able to catch up with all of these posts so far in July! Keep trying to read but it has been a busy week. No news on the job interview yet but I have learned that they typically don't get back to you as quick as they said they would. she said she was going to make her decision next week or possibly as early as end of this week so I'm not sweating it. Finally got a good nights sleep last night - haven't had one of those for about a week.
