hey, i was reading a post you wrote regarding losing weight withiut hcg after successfully completing P4. I wanted to know (since no one who replied to the thread really answered) if that is still your plan. If so, how long do you reccomend stabilizing before doing calories in calories out? And when (if you are exercising) would you start that? Im afraid that after these phases I'm not ever going to be able to eat the foods that I would have pre-hcg lost weight on.
