I've been here before and here's what I discovered; Aside from surgery, this is the only weightloss method that has worked for me. So, I came back after losing, but in the process of gaining, tried other methods that only caused me to gain even more. For round 1 was determined to succeed at losing and keeping it off. Jan 11, 2017 - Started at 236 and ended at 214.6.
During P3 and 4, I weighed everyday and that was key for me! I had a few steak days and learned to bring my weight back into range by easing up on the carbs and drinking more water. Never take your eye off the ball. Weigh on the days you don't want to because you think you've gained.
