    Hey, I just started P3 today too and feel the same as you. I had 2 eggs and some egg whites cooked in one tbsp of coconut oil, with a little blue cheese and salsa, and 4 pieces of bacon. Ate 3hrs ago and am still so full that I think I could go the rest of the day and not be hungry. I am shooting for 1500 cals today, but kinda thinking I might just skip lunch (was gonna do shrimp and cucumber salad with sesame oil).
