    You know, I was hungry yesterday... 6 on a scale of 1-10. But today it feels more like a 4... 3.5-4. I notice it most around 10-11 AM and again between 3-5 PM. I'm down 4.5 pounds though so that is good. The food I'm eating tastes good because it is REAL, and that has me thinking that I didn't know how much actual JUNK was in what I usually eat! lol.
