- My name is Stephanie, I am 25 and when I started the HCG diet I weighed 284lbs. I plan on going three rounds or more to get me down to 165lbs or further if needed. This is not just a quick fix for me. HCG protocol is teaching me how to control my eating, something I will struggle with forever, and that I do enjoy healthy foods. When I am done P2 I AM GOING TO FOLLOW THE REST OF THE PROTOCOL. I know this isn't a quick fix and I am going to need to watch what I eat and exercise on a regular basis while I am inbetween rounds of this diet. Everyone seems so shocked when they are finish and go right back to eating how they used to they gain all the weight back much faster. OF COURSE YOU DO! Whether or not we like to admit it we are on a very restrictive diet to jump us down fast and it is extreme. This is about learning to be conscience of what we put into our bodies and I would much rather eat healthy and work out to MAINTAIN my new body and new weight after the help of the HCG diet than struggle to make it habbit for years because I don't see results fast enough. HCG is suppose to be a new beginning, not a permant solution!! You can't change the metablosim you were born with, but with the help of HCG you can make your weight something easier to manage!

It has been a long while since I have been on here. During P2 I was on here multiple times a day to stay on track, but as soon as I was in maintance I flew solo and it didn't really go that badly at all. But the end of this mini vacation is near and I CAN NOT WAIT!!!!
My body has defintly stablized at 261 lbs, which is amazing bc that was my biggest fear. It only took me 2 days of high protein after TOM to lose the 4lbs that I gained. Didn't gain another pound until the week of my

I alway wondered why girls always *****ed about their TOM. I mean seriously are we whiney or what? Well.. I was on birthcontrol from 15yo to Feburary this year.
That's when hell began.
Day one- UGHHH I'm so tired!! And so hungry!!!
Day Two- I literally can barely get out of bed I am in so much pain. I turn to the good kind of drugs.
Day Three- the pain lessens, but I want to eat EVERYTHING! (mexican food preferred)
Day four- Hunger is better, pain

So in one month I will be 26 years old and have been battling my weight since I was ten years old. I had lived in OK, and had been a very active child. My mother was a single mom of 4, going to medical school during the day and teaching night school. Needless to say she has zero time (and knowledge) to cook healthy dinners. So I made my own breakfast, school food, and then we went out to dinner every night. Since I was such an active child it didn't matter, I was at full speed from the moment school

This recent week has been hard. I stalled for the first time for 6 days. With any other diet it use to frustrate me and I would give up right then and there, but I held through and yesterday the stall broke with a two pound loss each day since. I've never been so excited to tell my bathroom scale to suck it before in my life.
I have passed two Temption Hell moments, as I like to call them. The first was my second week on the VLCD, me and my siblings went out eat. I was sitting in
