    Ya I'm still in P2 because I just don't stick with it - like I said the weekdays are easy then the weekend comes and it's a binge fest - so I'm going real slow but I've got to get going because I have too much going on in July so I have to get this weight off by then UGH

    Hi Kahlan - no problem - life is crazy for us all - and I sure do understand. Glad to hear you are doing better. I am doing ok - day 34 - and getting tired of vlcd....lol....may have a gain tomorrow - as I used braggs aminos to saute my shrimp and spinach in for lunch - wow - sooo salty! Someone on chat had said it was ok in P2 - so I used it - THEN I searched it - and apparently there are mixed opinions about that...so I guess we wait and see. I have been the same weight for 3 days now - but TOM is also just around the corner - so I will have a mixed bag of blame if I do gain! How about your weight? I am sooo looking forward to P3 - but scared and nervous about it. I probably should have been better about recipes for P2 - I have been kinda just doing boring stuff - which would explain why I am getting so tired of it.....9 more days....yay!

    ugh - I feel for you - I hate to puke more than ANYTHING - haha - that is probably why I have never even considered bulemia!! hate to joke about such things - but ugh - yeah - hope you feel better soon....and maybe you won't have a gain - but were you able to keep anything down today? that would surely make it hard. I had a loss today - went shopping and bought some clothes, didn't spend much - clearance stuff - but it was soo nice to be able to try things on and have them fit. I am soo worried that I will gain this back - soo hope that P3 goes well and that I am able to stabilize. I see some of the posts from people who have not been able to and it worries me. I have 17 days of vlcd to go - and I will be a nervous wreck switching over.

Load Day 2. Can't Wait for Tomorrow!

So, after my longer-than-expected planned interruption I'm excited to jump back in. Because it was longer than 2 weeks I have spent the last couple of days reloading. I can honestly say that I am excited to start eating healthy again. I gained back what I lost during the beginning of the round so I'm considering this Round 2.2. Tomorrow morning I will be taking measurements, before pictures, and starting my log again.

Inner Demons - "Damn, Now everyone is looking at me"

So I took a "planned interruption" to sort myself out. Has it worked? Possibly. We'll see tomorrow when I start VLCD again. This is what I've discovered though, I sabotage myself, not just in diets either. I can not tell you how many times I think to myself "This is going to lead to something bad" and i do it anyways, or maybe even do it more so because of that thought.

Well I am happy to say I'm down in the 140's! Sticking to protocol has definitely worked well for me. That being said I didn't have the best day today. My boss invited me out to lunch and since this is something that is widely unheard of I went. I tried to eat on protocol but it is almost impossible to do. Restart Success!

So I am happy to say my positive attitude and clean restart have paid off already. I lost 3lbs this morning and I'm thrilled. I'm looking forward to tomorrow and plan on following protocol exactly today. I do hate working late since it seems harder to stay on track but I'll be happy to be making the right decisions again. We have a huge corporate visit at work tomorrow but I'm determined to stay calm and not stress. Hopefully I'll keep myself busy enough that I won't even have time to think about

Take 2.

Okay... so that didn't go as well as planned. Apparently my emotional eating habits are not as far in my past as I would have liked. I think they may actually be something I deal with for many years to come, but they are not nearly as bad as once so I'll take every little victory I can get. I ended up with 2 days very similar to what first timers do for their loading - eat anything and everything in sight. Soo... I had to make a decision. end and restart another time, or us this as a point to "restart."
