    Glad you wrote things down and are speaking them over yourself. Our words have power. Power to lift up and power to hurt not only others, but ourselves. We can lift ourselves up or put ourselves down with our words. So the way you view yourself is the way you will react to life. You are precious, special and a gift. You need to see that you are an awesome woman and have great things to offer. This diet is about taking control of your life, and treating yourself like you matter and you are worth everything. And you are! When you learn to see yourself and I will say it...whether you believe or not....the way God sees you...a gift...precious...a princess...then the world is yours.

    Write things like this:

    I am disciplined
    I love eating healthy food
    I am proud of myself for doing this diet
    I keep my eyes on the prize at the end
    Daily fluctuations don't bother me
    I can keep going no matter what
    I will accomplish what I started out to do

    Stuff like that. You might think of more. I think you have lots of negative self talk, and you don't love yourself very much. I used to have tremendous self hatred, but God really brought me inner healing.
    You need to say things like...I love who I am, I am an awesome person with great potential...things like that.

    You can do it girl....

I need to share, but I tried to tell people on the forum and (maybe I interrupted their conversation, but) they all left. ANYWAY...I'll share with you.
