    Yes you can have some sweets..I just wouldn't go overboard. Healthy fats like oils, nuts, avocado, cheese, eggs, fatty meats are what will carry you through the first few days on p2

    If you're off for the appropriate amount of time in between, yes you need to load again. I would load with lots of healthy fats, protein and some carbs.
