    Heyyy need some advice... I cheated badly yesterday it was m last day of the pellets (lol we both cheated on last days... ; ( , I caved into turkey and pork, some cheese, almond butter, fage... nothin carby but anyways... fessed up to the scale this morning and gained 2 pounds. What should I do? If I just still to protocol foods 500 cals today, get in some excersize... you think it will go down?

    Tomorrow is day 1 of p3, so excited, going food shopping tonight : )

    Aw wow last day! At least your done! So lucky lol. Im okay too I broke the plateau, lost 2 lbs wow! I really think the CC had something to do with it. But now I am starving like no other. arrrg

    Yummm. That sounds amazing. Yeah I do notice that I get much fuller faster lol even on 500 cals! Did you have salty popcorn or kettle? I looove kettle. And oatmeal mmm. Sounds like you had a great little re feed, and I'm so glad it was successful!

    Today I stalled a bit, and almost caved into hot ciabatta bread, and cocoa crack. I came soooo close but then came right on the forum chat and everyone made me feel so much better Wooo. Okay, keep my updated to your losses this week!

    Awesome! That is such good news to hear. What did you end up having? How many calories/carbs? So you broke the stall .2 lbs the day after the refeed? This is awesome. Usually people gain or stall (but go down the next day). Congrats

Hello, just had baby number 2 and gained way to much. My husband is deployed so its the perfect time to start HCG again. I was on it for a short time but had to stop due to driving home 4500 miles from Alaska. I had lost 15lbs and didnt gain it back! So now starting up again. My husband goes on Leave in the next few months so want to surprise him! So thats the story right now. Been going up and down for years so shooting for the gold! Update... Last round was was a loss of 27 lbs. I am now on round 3 and working on another 20lbs we shall see. So far down 10!! Lets hope I reach goal!
