Of course I started P3 eating too many kinds of food. I had been sick of the P2 food for a couple of weeks and was starving. I wanted YUMMY food NOW! So, with cheese, bacon, eggs with cheese, almond flour bread, flax seed bread, greek yogurt, raw almonds with cheese, almond butter, macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, blueberries, peaches, turkey and cheese, sf salad dressing and ketchup, and even more cheese, I tried to sate my appetite.
Immediately, I regained the "cushion" of
I have only eleven syringes left to take for this loooong round of hcg and I have still lost just a little over 30 pounds. I can see the light at the end of the round, but am finding these last days difficult for at least a couple of reasons. The biggest problem is that I have been stalled for several days, and even on those days when I can eke out a loss, it is only about .2 pounds and may even come back the next day. Yes, I am near a set-point, so it is not surprising, but it is much harder
Finally broke the 30 pound barrier today. My clothes are fitting much better and I know that I look much healthier too. My losses have been slowing down, but for now I still plan on going for a long round of 40 shots plus the skip days plus the three vlcdays after stopping hcg, so actually about 48 days.
My only real concern at the moment is my LACK of appetite. Sure I could work up an appetite for things that I'm not allowed to have at this time, but the thought of cooking and
I think that I am half-way through my vlcdays now. I have been skipping the hcg shot one day a week (Sundays) and taking a B-12 shot instead. There have been a couple of days when I have gained - .9 once and .7 another time, but I have always lost the weight the next day. There have been no serious stalls, although I have been expecting one this week, as it often seems to happen about this time from what I have read.
I've been on vacation for about ten days now, and am extremely
I felt so ill from loading that it was a true relief on vlcd1 to eat very little. I've been taking the 125 iu sub-q and have some dried corion in the fridge in case I need to mix to supplement the dosage, but so far I haven't really been hungry. Sure, I get twinges when I see or think about something I've really liked to eat or drive past places that had my favorite items (like Panera's Sierra Turkey sandwich), but overall I have been OK. Out of fear that my thyroid issues or age or heart medications
