So, I miss dessert. Badly. But I love losing every morning! Down .8 today! Yesterday I gave myself and early "losing weight" present and got a beautiful recycled leather purse! It is AMAZING! Who needs dessert?! Right!
Used miracle noodles today for another yummy lunch... pan fried them with little shrimp and sliced asparagus in Braggs amino acids, fat free low sodium chicken broth, garlic and seasoning.. delicious! I recommend the miracle noodles and will continue
One of the things that has helped me along my journey is experimenting with recipes. Lunch was left-over chili and tonight was baked tilapia and asparagus with miracle noodles.. both were awesome!
Chili
100 grams lean ground beef (I use a 1lb package of 96/4 and make 4-5 servings)
5 small tomatoes
1 cup fat free beef broth
2 Tbs. minced onion
2 cloves garlic crushed and minced
Pinch of garlic powder
Pinch of onion powder
I started a thread on the old forum to keep me motivated this round.. its my 3rd one and I've had trouble stabilizing and keeping my eye on the prize. This time I doing it RIGHT! Just want to write and be held accountable.

VLCD1: 167 (yeah, I was freaking out!)
VLCD2: 159.2 (whewwwww)
My goal is about 145, if I can get lower I'll be thrilled!
