  1. ?how many calories/day start of PH3? - I have heard to gradually take the first week to increase to my personal of 2100 cals. Like 800 day one, 950 day 2 and so on. ALso told to add one new protien or approved veggie/friut per day and see how the scale does next day to see if there is any reaction. SOme say ok to try small amt of dairy and fats the 2nd and 3rd week. Advice.?
