  1. I wasn't sure how long to leave it in the oven I eat my steak medium rare
  2. 1 apple, peeled and thinly sliced
    Apple pie spice
    2tbs heart smart bisquick
    1 tbs soy flour
    2 tbs splenda ( I and use stevia instead)
    cup + 2bs egg beaters
    2 tbs FF milk
    tsp butter (I don’t ever add the butter and it still comes out fine)

    Streusal Topping
    2 tbs heart smart bisquick
    1 tbs splenda (or stevia)
    tbs butter (no promise butter is what I use)
    Cinnamon

    I take a pie pan, arrange thinly sliced apples in there, then I sprinkle them with apple pie spice, or after slicing you can toss them in the spice. Then mix together custard filling dry ingredients first, then add eggs and milk. Pour over the apples, then sprinkle more pie spice on top. Then mix streusel topping together until it is crumbly, then add over pie, I also like to take some I can’t believe its not butter and spray it on top so that the streusel gets crumbly. Then I sprinkle more pie spice on top and back at 350 for 15 min. Its super yummy!
  3. Ground Beef Tacos: 100 G lean hamb meat, I use 96/4, garlic, onion flakes, pinch of oregano, cayenne to taste, pepper, salt
    Saute all together till brown, then add cilantro to taste and add a little water to mixture and simmer for 10 minutes, or so.

    Serve taco style in lettuce leaves.........165 calories girl, that it, it was so satisfying, yummmm

    Omg, just saw the recipe, thanks so much for posting it! Its one of those foods that makes you feel like your cheating when you eat it... !

Feeling amazing

So I "was" down 9 pounds in 5 days, until TOM (period) decided to make an appearance, and the scale went up yesterday 2 pounds, so i refuse to weigh again until she is gone. No need to stress myself over something I have no control over. Because if I see another gain I won't have very much motivation to stick to protocol lol. 4 pounds gone overnight

I think i might FINALLY be on track here. I got my dose right and did not have any hunger whatsoever yesterday... I've only been on this diet for a week and pretty much cheated everyday except for one (well 2 counting yesterday). I had some really, really bad cravings yesterday. I knew it was all in my head because I was not the slightest bit hungry. I didn't cheat and when I woke up this morning I was 4 pounds lighter and 1 pound below my PRE load weight so I'm so excited, and I will remember

Things might be starting to look up

I'm not sure if this is all in my head or not, but I don't feel hungry today Could it be that I finally got my dosage right? I sure hope so. I'm staying 100% focused and dedicated to protocol today.

UGH!!!! Off to a BAD start

So this is my first blog post. And this is my first week of R1, Im on VLCD4 and I cheated on all days but 1 my hunger is out of control. I know if your dose is incorrect then you will experience hungery. Here is how my dosages were for this week : Day 1- 200iu ( I know waaay too high), day 2 175iu- still extremely hungry, Day 3 150iu still hungry, but not as bad, and today I did 150iu. I'm using Corion and was told that it can be more potent, so I will try to go down to 140iu tomorrow and see
